SCIIP is a Unique “ Earn while YOU Learn” initiative launched for MMS students by SVIMS in collaboration with CalibeHR and its associate MNC clients.
This program is intended to provide students an opportunity to work at Top MNCs part-time even while they persue their MMS studies at SVIMS.

In the last decade it has recruited over 15000 professionals for its 150+ clients in more than 300 locations. A part of the global consulting NSB Group, CalibeHR serves many MNCs both within and outside India for their HR needs.
The SCIIP initiative is a brain-child of Mr Narayan Bhargava the Chairman of the NSB Group in response to emerging needs of his MNC customers. It is designed to provide corporates with young enthusiastic MBA Students as part time interns who spend a few hours every week on critical assignments of their chosen corporates on intensive internship program that familiarize them with the companies’ products, policies, practices and culture whilst letting the corporate train and asses them as future prospective employees. The corporates get a close look at the prospects abilities and are able to mould them into the companies’ culture and ensuing plans. The student on the other hand is able to learn from the best without compromising on his MMS program. He is also entitled to a stipend.
This creates an overall win-win-win situation for the MNCs, students and SVIMS in line with expectations of modern day stakeholders.
SCIIP selected students will spend few hours every week with CalibeHR and its MNC partner during normal college days. During this period they will be put through various training programs and field assignments as per the MNC project requirements. It will be so organized to ensure the students are able to attend all the regular lectures and college activities without compromise. Students will be assigned tasks and activities under the guidance of a CalibeHR Mentor and evaluated by a Senior Manager delegated by the MNC regularly. They will receive performance feedback and counseling for improvement. Students are required to complete all the trainings, assignments, tasks and activities allocated to them diligently and in time and to the satisfaction of their mentors.
During Winter(December)Internship and Summer(May & June) Internship periods the students are expected to work fulltime with CalibeHR and its MNC partner.
Successful Students will receive stipend during both their part-time and full-time internship periods. (Failure to adhere to the program requirements may lead to disqualification from SCIIP).
On successful completion of the SCIIP internship candidates may be offered Final Placement subject to availability of suitabIevacancies in various departments of the MNCs.
A normal candidate who has satisfactorily completed the all the stages of SCIIP internship to the complete satisfaction of CalibeHR and its MNC partner can expect a salary package of Rs 6 lacs per annum. Based on actual performance during SCIIP outstanding candidates could receive much higher packages.
SemI : AUG/SEP/OCT/NOV – Student will work part-time with CalibeHR& MNC DEC - Student will do full-time Winter internship with CalibeHR& MNC
Sem II: JAN/FEB/MAR/APR - Student will work part-time with CalibeHR& MNC
MAY/JUN -Student will do full-timeSummer internship with CalibeHR& MNC
Sem III: JUL/AUG/SEP/OCT/NOV – Student completes Sem III at SVIMS
Sem IV: JAN/FEB/MAR/APR/MAY/JUN – Student can take up final placement with MNC and attend college on weekends.
